Shechen Gyeltshab

Shechen Gyeltshab ( Tib . : zhe chen rgyal tshab ) is the title of an important trülku line of the Shechen tradition of Tibetan Buddhism . In addition to the Shechen Rabjam and the Shechen Kongtrül, the Shechen Gyeltshab is one of the most important trülkus of this tradition. The most famous of the Shechen Gyeltshabs was the 4th Shechen Gyeltshab Pema Namgyel (Tib .: zhe chen rgyal tshab pad ma rnam rgyal ; 1871–1926), who was named by Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo as the reincarnation of the 3rd Shechen Gyeltshab Orgyen Rangjung Dorje (Tib. : o rgyan rang byung rdo rje ) was recognized. After the death of his famous teacher Ju Mipham Namgyel Gyatsho (Tib .: 'ju mi ​​pham rnam rgyal rgya mtsho ; 1846-1912), Pema Namgyel was regarded as his spiritual heir and was the root teacher of Dilgo Khyentse .
