The Shepard cliff is an isolated and 6 km long rocky cliff in East Antarctic Victoria Land . It is located on the northeastern edge of the Reeves Firnfield .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it on the basis of the United States Navy's own measurements and aerial photographs from 1956 to 1962. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named the cliff in 1968 after Danny L. Shepard (* 1945) of the US Navy, a construction electrician the Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station in 1966.
