Women's Cricket World Cup Qualifier 2017
The Women's Cricket World Cup Qualifier 2017 was the qualifying tournament for the Women's Cricket World Cup 2017 and took place between February 7 and 21, 2017 in Sri Lanka . In the final, India was able to prevail against South Africa. In addition, Sri Lanka and Pakistan qualified for the finals, while Ireland and Bangladesh retained their ODI status.

The field of participants consists of ten teams.

India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and South Africa qualified for this tournament via the 2014–16 ICC Women's Championship . Ireland and Bangladesh earned ODI status in the 2011 Women's Cricket World Cup Qualifier , while the other teams qualified for the tournament through regional qualifying tournaments.
format
The ten teams were divided into two groups in which everyone plays against everyone. The first three of each group qualify for the Super 6 group and receive ODI status. All the matches that have not yet taken place in the preliminary round will be played there. The first four teams qualify for the world championship, the first two of the group qualify for the final where they determine the tournament winner.
