Shijiazhuang Ever Bright Football Club (Simplified Chinese: 石家庄 永昌; Traditional Chinese: 石家莊 永昌; Pinyin: Shíjiāzhuāng Yǒngchāng) is a football club participating in China League One under license from the Chinese Football Association (CFA). The team is based in Shijiazhuang ( Hebei ) and its home stadium is the Hebei Olympic Sports Center with a capacity of 60,000 seats. The club was originally founded in Xiamen in 2011. Its majority shareholder is Yongchang Real Estate , who hold 70% of the shares in the club.
history
The association was founded on February 25, 2011 when Smart Hero International Trading Limited (骏 豪 投资 &), Xiamen Dongyuhang Import & Export Co., Ltd. (厦门 东屿 行 进出口 有限公司), HS Sheng Industrial Co., Ltd. (协 协 晟 工贸 and) and Shengxin Metal Products Co., Ltd. (金盛鑫 金属) and invested 10 million renminbi in the club. The club's name was changed to Fujian Smart Hero. They moved from the Xiamen Sports Center Stadium to Longyan Sports Center and appointed Zhao Tuqiang as their first coach. In their debut season, they played in the league's 2011 third-rate League Two, where their home jerseys were yellow tops and black shorts. Fujian was promoted to the 2012 China League One Division in his first season. Fujian won the decisive playoff in a penalty shoot-out 6-5 against Guizhou Zhicheng .
In the 2012 China League One season, Xu Hui was appointed as the new coach and led the club to third place. Yongchang Real Estate (Chinese: 永昌 地产 集团) bought for the team on January 18, 2013, bought 70% of the club's shares. The club then moved to Shijiazhuang, capital of Hebei Province, changed the club colors to blue and the names of the teams to Shijiazhuang Yongchang Junhao, FC (Chinese: 石家庄 永昌 骏 豪 足球 俱乐部) and moved to the Yutong International Sports Center . On December 27, 2013, Yongchang Real Estate bought the remaining 30% of the association and changed the name to Shijiazhuang Yongchang, FC (Chinese: 石家庄 永昌 足球 俱乐部) on February 24, 2014. In the 2014 league season, Shijiazhuang Yongchang made it to the top division, the Chinese Super League , for the first time in their history , when they were runner-up in their division. The club's first act in the first division was to change its name to Shijiazhuang Ever Bright FC. In the 2015 season, the team was able to reach seventh place in the Super League and was thus far from the relegation ranks. In the following season of 2016, however, the club rose again to the second division after taking the last place in the table.
