The Shimao International Center Office Tower , part of the Shimao International Center ( Chinese 世贸 国际 中心 , Pinyin Shìmào Guójì Zhōngxīn ) is the tallest skyscraper in Fuzhou at 273 meters and 56 floors . Construction began in 2010 and was completed in 2013.
