Shingo Itō ( Japanese 伊 東 真 吾 , Itō Shingo ; born April 28, 1979 in Saitama Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .
Career
Ito learned to play soccer on the school team at Bunan High School . He signed his first contract with the Kawasaki Frontale in 1998 . The club played in the second highest league in the country, the Japan Football League . In 1999 he was with the club master of the J2 League and rose to the J1 League . In 2000 he reached the final of the J.League Cup . For the club he played eight games. In 2001 he moved to the second division Omiya Ardija . In 2003 he moved to league rivals Montedio Yamagata . He played three games for the club. At the end of 2003 he ended his career as a soccer player.
