Shingo Shibata ( Japanese 柴 田 慎 吾 Shibata Shingo ; born July 13, 1985 in Tokyo Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Shibata learned to play football in the youth team of Kashiwa Reysol and the university team of Hamamatsu University . He signed his first contract with Consadole Sapporo in 2008 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . At the end of the 2008 season, the club was relegated to the J2 League . For the club he completed 16 league games. In 2010 he moved to league competitor Thespa Kusatsu . He played two league games for the club. At the end of 2010 he ended his career as a football player.
