Shuangqiao (Wuming)

The greater community Shuangqiao ( Chinese  双桥镇 , Pinyin Shuangqiao Zhen ) is located in the south of the district Wuming the prefecture-level city Nanning Autonomous Region Guangxi the Zhuang -Nationality, People's Republic of China .

Shuangqiao bordered to the east by the greater community Taiping , on the south by the municipalities Nanninger Xingning and Xixiangtang , on the west by the large municipalities Ningwu and Ganxu and the north by the greater community Chengxiang .

Shuangqiao has an area of ​​196 km² and approx. 52,300 inhabitants (end of 2003). 92.7% of the population live from agriculture, especially from growing rice and sugar cane.

At the village level, Shuangqiao consists of a community of residents and 15 villages ( 村 , cūn ). These are:
