Safety plan

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A safety plan is a plan in which the control and safety systems of a railway are entered.

It is drawn up by federal railways in accordance with guideline 819 . There are schematic overview plans and scale site plans. In both cases, the control and safety technology systems are entered as symbols. In addition, additional information can be provided in tabular form.

All relevant data can be read from a technical safety plan. For interlockings, however, there are also manufacturer-specific implementation plans ( plan part II , PTII ). In these the implementation of the project planning data ( plan part I , PTI ) is shown down to the circuit level .

Schematic overview plans are partially posted by Deutsche Bahn in the infrastructure register. For example, such a map is available for Frankfurt Central Station (see under web links).
