The Victory Monument in Netanya ( Hebrew אנדרטה לציון ניצחון הצבא האדום על גרמניה הנאצית, Memorial to commemorate the victory of the Red Army over Nazi Germany ) is a memorial commemorating the victory of the Red Army over the National Socialist German Reich and its ties to Israel. The monument was erected by decision of the Israeli government and with the consent of the Russian government.

The monument consists of two elements symbolizing the transition from darkness to light, and thus the relationship between Russia's military victory that ended the Holocaust of the Jewish people, which was later followed by the establishment of the Jewish state. The memorial is designed as a labyrinth in which significant tragic events in Jewish history during the Holocaust are depicted in relief.

The monument was inaugurated on June 25, 2012 with a ceremony attended by Russian President Vladimir Putin .
