Siegfried "Siegi" Müller junior is a former German racing driver and the son of Siegfried Müller senior .

Racing career

Like his father, Siegfried Müller was successful in the European Touring Car Championship . Müller entered this racing series in 1976 , a year after his father and Alain Peltier won the overall championship. In 1980 he was able to decide the overall championship standings for himself. Together with his partner Ralf Kelleners , Müller won the 500 km race at Brands Hatch , the Grand Prix of Brno and the 3-hour race in Zolder with a BMW 320 .

In 1982 he drove a BMW M1 in the German Racing Trophy and finished second overall.

In 1982 he also competed in the 24-hour race at Le Mans , but retired early after a problem with the starters on the Sauber SHS C6 .
