Architecture and history
The four and a half story building was built around 1880/1890. The design of the facade is reminiscent of late classicism . The plastered building has a mezzanine floor .
In the local register of monuments , the residential and commercial building is listed as a historical building under registration number 094 81857 .
As part of a preserved Wilhelminian era street, the house is considered to be characteristic of the street scene.
