Signal is a transport policy magazine that has been published since 1980 and is published by the Berlin passenger association IGEB . It also represents the association's members' magazine. The Signal deals with the frequently inadequate SEV in construction work, current measures by the BVG or S-Bahn Berlin , station conversions in Berlin (such as the reconstruction of Ostkreuz station ) and the fundamentals of transport policy in Germany (such as the regionalization funds ). In addition, suggestions are made about better connections, timetables or route networks.
