Sigrid Happ (* 1953 ) is a former German judoka who was three times European champion.

Sigrid Happ from the Lübeck Judo Club won the 1973 German Open in Munich and the British Open in London. In December 1974, unofficial European championships were held in Genoa. Sigrid Happ took third place in the lightweight category, the weight class up to 56 kilograms. In 1975 the first official European championships took place in Munich . Sigrid Happ won the lightweight final against the Italian Franka Luzzi . In 1976 Sigrid Happ won her first German championship title. At the European Championships in Vienna, she won the final against the Spaniard Sacramento Moyano . In 1977 she won her second German championship title and at the European Championships in Arlon she was European Champion for the third time in a row.

Sigrid Happ later worked as a research assistant and head of martial arts and budo sports at the Department of Exercise Science at the University of Hamburg . She is the holder of the 6th Dan.
