Sigrid Wille (born November 2, 1969 in Wangen im Allgäu ) is a German cross-country skier .

Career

Wille took part in competitions of the Fédération Internationale de Ski from 1990 to 1999 . She ran her first World Cup race in December 1990 in the Tauplitzalm , which she finished in 13th place. Two weeks later, in Les Saisies , she achieved fourth place, her best result in an individual World Cup race. At the Nordic World Ski Championships in Falun in 1993 , she finished 27th over 30 km freestyle. Her best placement at the 1995 Nordic World Ski Championships in Thunder Bay was 13th in the 30 km freestyle. At the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano , she won 54th place in the 15 km pursuit race, 38th place over 5 km classic and 28th place over 15 km classic. At the Nordic World Ski Championships in Ramsau in 1999 , she reached 23rd place over 30 km classic and 18th place over 15 km freestyle. With the relay she won bronze. She ended her career after these world championships.
