The Silent Valley ( English for Silent Valley ) is a wide valley with an east-west orientation in the north-west of the West Antarctic Seymour Island . It's between Elliot Ridge and the Sadler Stacks .
Polish scientists named it in 1999. It is named after the fact that it is sheltered from the wind.
