Simpiwe vetyeka (* 24. December 1980 in Duncan Village , Eastern Cape , South Africa ) is a South African boxer in the featherweight .

On November 1, 2002, he successfully made his professional debut. In February 2005 he was already the African champion. On December 6, 2013, he boxed against the previously undefeated Chris Johnson (48-0) for the WBA world championship and won by giving up in the 6th round. However, he already lost the belt in his first title defense the following year to Nonito Donaire due to a "technical decision" in round 5.
