Celestino Caballero Martinez (born June 21, 1976 in Colón , Panama ) is a Panamanian boxer in feather and super bantamweight . He is trained by Rogelio Espino .

On November 18, 1998, he successfully made his professional debut. In October 2006, he became the WBA super bantamweight champion when he defeated the Thai Somsak Sithchatchawal by classic knockout in round 3. After a total of five consecutive title defenses, he competed on November 21, 2008 against IBF World Champion Steve Molitor in the title association and won through TKo in the 4th round.

He defended both belts the following year against Jeffrey Mathebula by split judge decision and against Francisco Leal by giving up in round 8. The following year he put down both titles and switched to featherweight. In this weight class , he won the regular WBA world title by winning points over the Argentinian Jonathan Victor Barros on October 14, 2011, and defended it at the end of December of the same year.
