Sing mit uns (Original: Sing Along Songs ) was a Walt Disney cartoon series in which the songs from various Disney films were presented, mostly sorted by subject. In addition, the lyrics were faded in so that the audience could sing along.
The 30-minute episodes were moderated, for example, by Jiminy Grille (from Pinocchio ) or Primus from Quack . The intro was cut from the Silly Symphony cartoon Die Musikstunde from 1953.
The series never ran on television, but between 1992 and 1996 appeared a total of 15 episodes on videotape . In the USA , there were also some episodes that did not make it to Germany - mostly because a large part of the songs contained were too unknown.
