Sipakapensisch (Sipacapense) is a Mayan language from about 6000 to 8000 Indians in the municipality of Sipacapa in San Marcos department in Guatemala is spoken.

Sipakapensic is closely related to the Quiché language .

In the 2002 census in Guatemala, 5,687 people (0.1%) said Sipakapense as their mother tongue; 10,652 people (0.1%) identified themselves as sipakapense. According to SIL International , Sipakapensic was spoken by 8,000 people in Guatemala in 2000.
