Sirco  is a potato variety that was entered on the list of varieties of the Netherlands in 1977 .

The tubers of this variety are round-oval and quite large with flat eyes. The color of the flesh and the skin is light yellow. The variety achieves a relatively high yield. It is used as a new potato for fresh consumption. Against wart disease and blight Sirco is resistant, but on the other hand it is susceptible to late blight and potato cyst nematodes .

Crossing with the BM 52-7 variety resulted in the Agata potato variety , which has been on the Swiss list of varieties since 2001.
