Siti (king)

Siti was a king of the Christian Nubian kingdom of Dotawo , who ruled around 1330.

Siti is mentioned as king of Dotawo in two documents found in Edfu in Upper Egypt . He also appears in documents from Qasr Ibrim . Two Old Nubian inscriptions with his name have recently been discovered on a wall in the church of Banganarti . One of the inscriptions names the ruler's court, such as the king's Epirshil, lord of the elders, lord of the governors, lord of the brothers, Thegna and Tot . The meaning of these offices is unknown.
