Skakligaen 2019/20
The Skakligaen 2019/20 is the 15th season of the Skakligaen and at the same time the 58th edition of the Danish team championship in chess .
The defending champion is the Xtracon Køge team , the previous year Skakforeningen ØBRO from Copenhagen and the Nordre Skakklub from Aarhus were promoted from the 1st division .

Game dates
The first seven rounds were played on November 23 and 24, December 1, 2019, January 11, 12 and 26 and on February 23, 2020. The first two rounds were played centrally in Køge , the fourth and fifth Round three competitions were played in Ballerup and two each in Aarhus , the competitions of the third, sixth and seventh round were played decentrally at the participating clubs. The last two rounds were supposed to take place in Skanderborg on March 21 and 22, but were canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic and moved to September 5 and 6.
