The 2010 Skeleton Junior World Championship was the eighth edition of the Skeleton Junior World Championship and took place between January 25 and 31, 2010 at the Olympia Bobrun St. Moritz – Celerina in the Swiss municipality of St. Moritz . In the women’s category, only 17-year-old Tina Hermann from Germany secured the Junior World Championship title with a 0.05 second lead over Sarah Reid , who just missed her second Junior World Championship title. In the men's category, Alexander Gassner , who has already won bronze medals twice ( 2008 and 2009 ), secured the junior world championship title in the third German triple victory in the history of the Junior World Championships.
