The Skeleton World Youth Championship in 2009 was the seventh staging of the Skeleton World Youth Championship and found on the between 12 and 18 January 2009 ice rink Koenigssee in Schönauer district Koenigssee instead. The German team was able to use their home advantage. While there was a German double victory for the women, the men were even able to achieve a triple victory. Katharina Heinz secured the Junior World Championship after two silver medals ( 2007 and 2008 ). Sandro Stielicke won the men's junior world championship .
