history

Skiljebo SK was founded in 1944. For a long time the team only played lower class, at the end of the 1982 season the first promotion to the third class was due. After the team had played against relegation in the first year, they narrowly missed promotion to the second division in the two following years as second or third in the table. In the 1986 season, the club fell victim to a league reform and slipped from the bottom of the table in the fourth division. Here the club established itself in the front division, the renewed rise in 1992. After relegation at the end of the 1994 season, the club only missed the return to the third division in 1996 in the promotion games.

1997 Skiljebo SK crashed into the fifth division, but qualified the following year as second in the table for the promotion games, in which the promotion was accomplished. As a promoted team, the team established itself among the top three teams and in 2001, when they were second in the table, they again reached the third level through the promotion round. Here the club stayed for four seasons until relegation was determined due to a league reform. As division 2 champion Norra Svealand , he qualified for the third-class division 1, which was newly introduced last year. Only six wins of the season were achieved there, so that he and IFK Timrå were relegated after one season. In the following two years, the team missed promotion as second behind Syrianska IF Kerburan and Dalkurd FF, respectively , and then placed in the midfield of the series.
