Skipper & Skito (in the original: Skipper & Skeeto) is a Danish animated series that was produced between 2000 and 2001 .

In the idyllic Paradies Park, different animals live mostly peacefully with each other: Molly Maus, who wants to travel to the moon , Conrad the cat, who would like to be a king, the clever frog Fungy as well as Skipper and Skito. Skipper and Skito are a mole and mosquito and good friends who go through thick and thin and experience many adventures.

Production, publishing and computer games

The series was produced between 2000 and 2001 by Animation Enterprises and Egmont Imagination in Denmark. This resulted in 26 episodes.

The German premiere took place on June 4, 2001 on Super RTL . The series was also released on DVD and VHS .

Since 1996, several computer games for the adventures of Skipper and Skito have been released, in the German-speaking area before the series was published, initially under the name "Max & Mario". In these, the witch play thunder broom and the seedy businessman Dr. Dark play a role that threatens the peaceful life of the animals in the paradise park, which the two protagonists have to prevent.
