Skirfonna
Coordinates: 72 ° 23 ' S , 26 ° 35' E
Skirfonna (from Norwegian skir 'clean, pure' ) is a 30 km long and 7 km wide glaciated area in the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It is located south of Isachsenfjella in the eastern part of Sør Rondane .
Scientists from the Norwegian Polar Institute named it in 1973.
