The Slab Point (English for stone slab tip ) is a rocky and up to 7 m high headland on the northeast coast of Livingston Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . On the northeast shore of Hero Bay , it separates Charybdis Cove in the northeast from Eliseyna Cove in the southwest.
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1998 after a north- dipping corridor in the rock formation of the headland.
