Slinkachu has been presenting his art since 2006 primarily through the installation of scenes with painted model train figures ( Little People ), which he places in different scenes on the street in London. These can be everyday scenes or depictions of accidents, including, for example, a figure under a cigarette butt ( Stubbed out , 2007) or a worker pushing himself out of a manhole ( Drain Guy , 2007). He also works on installations with multiple figures and other objects, such as They're not Pets, Susan , 2007, in which he shows a man with a hunting rifle and a young girl by a dead bumblebee. The magazine Art wrote that his characters stand “for the isolation and loneliness in big cities” .

Another project is the Inner City Snail Project , in which Roman snails are placed in the city with miniature graffiti or other decorations.

According to the species, Slinkachu explains his preference for miniatures in street art with the following words: “I like the thought that almost nobody sees my work. Because we all intentionally or unintentionally ignore a lot that surrounds us in a city. "

Since 2007 there have been corresponding installations under the name Kork-Männchen in Berlin .
