The Société Française de Neurologie (SFN) is a medical society specializing in neurology based in Paris .

It was founded in Paris in 1899 as the Société de Neurologie de Paris ; Founding president was Alix Joffroy . In 1949 the name was changed to Société Française de Neurologie . It is a partner organization of the Journées de Neurologie de Langue Française (JNLF). She is the editor of the Lettre de la Société française de Neurologie and the Revue Neurologique .
