Sofia Tornambene

Sofia Tornambene (born September 12, 2003 in Civitanova Marche ), also known as Kimono , is an Italian pop singer .

Career

Tornambenes father is a jazz musician, which is why she came into contact with music at an early age and began to sing. She learned the piano, guitar and drums. In addition to music, she was also enthusiastic about karate , which led to her stage name Kimono . After gaining experience with self-written songs, she first took part in the second season of the casting show Sanremo Young in 2019 , where she came third (as a kimono ). That same year, Tornambene made it through the castings for the 13th season of X Factor . There she was part of Sfera Ebbasta's team and presented her own song A domani per semper ; from the final she emerged as the winner.
