The Soldier Participation Act ( SBG ) is a German federal law that regulates the participation of soldiers in the German Federal Armed Forces through confidants , trustworthy bodies and staff representatives. It determines the election process for the shop steward, defines the type and scope of their participation and defines the bodies of the shop stewards.
The law is derived from Section 35 Soldiers Act .
