The Military Cemetery No. 378 in Zakopane was established during the First World War . It is part of the New Cemetery . The number 378 refers to the numbering of the military cemeteries in Western Galicia .

history

The cemetery was laid out as a military cemetery in West Galicia shortly after the outbreak of war in 1914 . On the Eastern Front fallen soldiers of k. and k. Monarchy were buried here in two mass graves.

The cemetery is located in the center of Zakopane and is connected via the Zakopianka .
