The Solnik Point (English; Bulgarian нос Солник nos Solnik ) is a 550 m long and rocky headland on the northwest coast of Low Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It is 4.1 km southwest of Cape Wallace , 11.15 km north of Cape Garry and forms the south side of the entrance to Kazichene Cove .
The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2009 after the town of Solnik in northeastern Bulgaria .
