The Amtei Solothurn livers consists of the two Solothurn districts Solothurn and livers . It comprises 16 municipalities with 57,900 inhabitants and thus has 23 mandates for the Solothurn Cantonal Council . Since 2005 the office has been the constituency for the cantonal elections .
