Sonbol Taefi is an Iranian singer and composer .

Taefi studied music in London and then lived first in Samoa, then in Auckland / New Zealand. At the age of seven she appeared on television for children. She has given concerts in New Zealand, England, Australia, South Africa, China, the USA and Canada and recorded several albums in the Persian language. The album The Other Wing was written in English with pianist Stephen Small . She set poems by Baha'ullah , the founder of the Bahai religion and his son ʿAbdul -Baha ', as well as followers of the Bahai religion such as Varqá , Táhirih , Jonun and Nush . She worked with musicians such as Farahsheed Golbarani and Behzad Khoshmashrab and recorded the album Sea of ​​Mystery with the Czech National Symphony Orchestra .
