Songling Mountains

The Songling Mountains or Songling or Song Ling ( Chinese  松嶺  /  松岭 , Pinyin Sōng Líng , English Songling Mountains ) with the German meaning "pine-covered ridge" is a mountain range in the south of the city of Chaoyang in the southwest of the Chinese province of Liaoning . It is located on the southeast side of the Daling He River and runs from northeast to southwest. Its main peak is the Louzi Shan (1091 m) in the west of the Harqin Autonomous County Left Wing of the Mongols . The prehistoric bird genus Songlingornis is named after him.
