Sophia Schwartz (born November 24, 1990 ) is an American freestyle skier . It starts in the moguls disciplines, contained moguls and dual moguls.

Career

Schwartz has mainly participated in the Nor-Am Cup since 2004. She has won five so far and finished second in the 2012/13 season and third in the 2015/16 season in the overall Moguls ranking. She made her debut in the Freestyle Skiing World Cup in Deer Valley in January 2014 , finishing seventh in the Moguls. This was followed by six placements among the top ten and eighth place in the Moguls World Cup at the end of the season. At the 2015 Freestyle Skiing World Championships on Kreischberg , she won 27th place in the Dual Moguls and 17th place in the Moguls competition.

Schwartz has participated in 16 World Cups so far and was among the top ten seven times. (Status: end of season 2015/16)
