Sophie von Looz

Sophie von Looz († 1065 ) was the first wife of Géza I of Hungary.

Sophie von Looz was born as the daughter of Count Emmo von Looz. Around the year 1062 it was with the later Hungarian king Géza I. married. However, after three years of marriage, she died giving birth to her son Koloman and King Géza married the Byzantine princess Synadene for the second time .
