Sotika Kuman , also Sotika Koumane (Thieu-Phong Sotika Koumane, full throne name Somdet Brhat Chao Devabangsa Jathika Kumara Raja Sri Sadhana Kanayudha ; * in the early 18th century in Luang Phrabang ; † 1771 ) was king of Luang Phrabang between 1749 and 1768 .

Sotika Kuman was the eldest surviving son of King Inta Som (ruled 1723 to 1749) and his wife, Queen ( Mahadevi ) Dhanasavuni. He succeeded his younger brother, Inta Pom , to the throne, who was elevated to the throne because of his excellent military achievements, but abdicated after eight months in favor of his older brother. The same fate befell Sotika Kuman when he stepped down in 1768 for his younger brother Suriyavong II .

Sotika Kuman died in 1771, leaving behind a son:

  1. Prince ( Sadet Chao Fa Jaya Anga ) Mahkuta Rajakumara (Ong Mankhu Rajakoumane), * around 1778, was taken to Vientiane with his mother as a prisoner and escaped with her to Luang Phrabang in 1791
