Soto Goro is a town in Uruguay .
geography
It is located in the northern part of the Cerro Largo department in its sector 5 in the Cuchilla Melo . Soto Goro is north of Mangrullo and southeast of Isidoro Noblías . The Cerro de Mangrullo is located south of the village .
