Fun offerer

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A fun bidder is a person who bids in Internet auctions even though he is not interested in the auction. Such bidders often set up user accounts with false data in order to remain anonymous and thus protect themselves from legal action.

The secret reservation of fun bidder not to want to lose weight, the goods, is in Germany according to § 116 BGB an effective declaration of intent not in the way. If the fun bidder wins the auction, a valid contract is concluded that he cannot contest because of the joke .
