Aurich District Court.

The Aurich Regional Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction with its seat in Aurich . It is one of eleven regional courts in Lower Saxony .

Judicial district

The judicial district includes the districts of Aurich , Leer and Wittmund and the independent city of Emden . The judicial district thus has over 450,000 court residents .

Instance move

The district courts of Aurich , Emden , Leer , Norden and Wittmund are subordinate to the Aurich Regional Court . The higher regional court of Oldenburg is superordinate .

Frauke Seewald presides over the court as president of the regional court. Eleven criminal chambers , five civil chambers and one chamber each for trade and fines were established.
