The District Court of Wilhelmshaven is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of eleven district courts in the district of the Regional Court of Oldenburg .

The seat of the court and judicial district is the independent city of Wilhelmshaven in Lower Saxony . The parent of the district court of Wilhelmshaven is the Oldenburg Regional Court , competent higher regional court is the Higher Regional Court of Oldenburg .
