District Court Oldenburg (Oldb)

The district court of Oldenburg is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of eleven district courts in the district of the district court of Oldenburg .

Seat of the court is an administrative district Oldenburg in Lower Saxony , the judicial district includes the independent city Oldenburg (Oldb.) And the municipalities of Hatten , Hude (Oldb) and Wardenburg the district Oldenburg . The District Court of Oldenburg is superordinate to the District Court of Oldenburg, the competent Higher Regional Court is the Higher Regional Court of Oldenburg . Both courts are in close proximity to the district court in the Oldenburg court district on the Mühlenhunte .

The building of the district court was built in the style of late historicism 1901-1902 under the direction of Adolf Rauchheld .
