Wildeshausen District Court

The District Court of Wildeshausen is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of eleven district courts in the district of the Regional Court of Oldenburg .

The seat of the court is Wildeshausen in the district of Oldenburg in Lower Saxony , the judicial district comprises the southern part of the district of Oldenburg with the city of Wildeshausen, the communities Dötlingen and Großenkneten and the joint community of Harpstedt . The District Court of Oldenburg is superordinate to the District Court of Wildeshausen , the competent Higher Regional Court is the Higher Regional Court of Oldenburg .
