Nordenham District Court

The Nordenham District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of eleven district courts in the district of the Oldenburg District Court .

The seat of the court is Nordenham in the Wesermarsch district in Lower Saxony , the judicial district includes the northern part of the Wesermarsch district with the city of Nordenham and the communities of Butjadingen and Stadland . The parent of the District Court Nordenham is the Oldenburg Regional Court , competent higher regional court is the Higher Regional Court of Oldenburg .
