Berum District Court

The Berum District Court was an ordinary court in Berum .

After the revolution of 1848 was the Kingdom of Hanover , the jurisdiction of the administration separated and the patrimonial abolished. The district court was then founded with the ordinance of August 7, 1852 regarding the formation of the district courts and lower administrative authorities as a royal Hanover district court. From the office of Berum it included the places Berum , Berumbur , Berumerfehn , Blandorf and Wichte , Hage , Halbemond , Hagermarsch , Baltrum and Norderney . The district court was subordinate to the Aurich Higher Court . With the annexation of Hanover by Prussia , it became a Prussian district court in the province of Hanover .

In 1932 the Berum District Court was dissolved. Its judicial district was assigned to the North District Court .
