The Speccheri Dam (Diga di Speccheri, Lago di Speccheri) is located in the small town of Speccheri in the Vallarsa Valley in Trentino in Italy . The dam is located on the southern edge of the Alps, north of Verona and east of Lake Garda .
The Leno di Vallarsa, which flows into the Adige (Italian: Adige) in Rovereto , the next larger town, is dammed by an arch dam . A hydropower plant at the dam generates an average of 60 million kilowatt hours of electricity for Verona per year.
The height of the dam is also given in other sources as 153 m, 156.45 m, 156.65 or 160 m.
The average water depth of the reservoir is 39.5 m.
